1. We accept payment via bank transfer, remittance, or deposit into our Chunghwa Post account.
2. Overseas payment (plus a 5% handling fee) can be made via PayPal.
3. Delivery to addresses in Taiwan is carried out via Chunghwa Post’s registered parcel shipping. Each order is charged a shipping fee of NT$60 regardless of package weight or shipping distance.
4. Separate shipments of in-stock and pre-ordered items from the same order are charged an extra shipping fee of NT$60.
5. Prospective distributors from mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau can contact us via Weibo (@茶茗公子).
6. International shipment is carried out via international air parcel or International Express Mail Service. Shipping fee is charged based on package weight.
7. Poste Restante shipment may be requested by leaving a note in the address field.
8. We provide a shipment number for each shipped package. The buyer is responsible for any losses or fees incurred by undeliverable packages due to personal reasons on the buyer’s end (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts).
9. The shipment of packages inevitably entails certain risks. The buyer is responsible for any damage or lost package incurred by the shipping carrier. The buyer is also responsible for the cargo insurance fee if they wish to purchase cargo insurance. Please contact us if you require cargo insurance for your shipments.
10. Please check for damage or for missing items upon the arrival of your package. If there is any issue with your package, please contact us within seven business days of receiving the shipment number.
